This organization was established to inspire young girls ages 15-21 to become more positive, successful women. Young girls from ages 15-21 really shouldn't care about boys, relationships, or love, but, they do. Our Establishment is just to remind young girls that,they are still young, and that they have a big future ahead of them! We want the girls to know that dreams are opportunities waiting to become real. This is a positive organization, and we've learned that encouraging and helping others is far more rewarding than helping ourselves. 1.11.14 Beautiful Bosses Entertainment went to give Johnson County Middle School Boys Basketball team a motivational pep talk before their game. The boys were very respectful and gave us their undivided attention and they seemed to be very interested in what we had to share with them.
